[Feature] Add Custom CLI Arguments Field for MCP Server Configuration

Please describe your needs or suggestions for improvements

The current 1Panel MCP Server configuration UI only supports:
Start command Environment variables Port mappings Volume mounts
Custom CLI arguments/flags are not supported (e.g., --oauth2Bearer, --header, --sse).

Authentication tokens must be passed via CLI flags:
supergateway --sse https://api.com --oauth2Bearer token123

Please describe the solution you suggest

Add an arguments or extra CLI flags input field to the MCP configuration form, allowing users to add custom arguments.
