What happened / 发生了什么

astrbot的定时任务触发不稳定，我有好几个任务都没有按时触发发送消息，我使用的是个人微信clawbot。

Reproduce / 如何复现？

使用ai排查是因为weixin_oc 适配器的服务端 session 会间歇性断开，报 ret=-2, errmsg=prepare failed。有时它能自己恢复（7/30 下午），更多时候需要你在微信上给 clawbot 发一条消息来重新激活。

ret=-2 错误没有自动重试机制
当前 weixin_oc 适配器对 ret=-2 错误只做了通用的错误日志记录，没有针对性的重试或自动恢复逻辑 [1]。适配器唯一有明确恢复机制的是 session timeout（错误码 -14），会触发重新登录流程 [2]。这意味着当 clawbot 服务端 session 断开时，消息发送失败后不会自动重连或重试。

定时任务本身也存在已知的稳定性问题

• 定时任务执行前存在约 10-11 分钟的延迟，在 Linux Docker 部署和个人微信/QQ 上均有确认 [3]
• CronJobManager 在启动时可能跳过 sync_from_db()，导致持久化的定时任务在重启后静默丢失，此问题已在 PR fix(cron): decouple the cron scheduler running state from the database sync state to ensure persistent jobs are always loaded, even when the scheduler is started early #9419 中修复 [4]
• 定时任务可能重复调用 LLM 并发送消息，直到达到 30 步限制 [5]

临时解决办法
目前在 session 断开后，如你所说需要手动给 clawbot 发一条消息来重新激活连接。这确实是当前适配器的局限——缺少对 prepare failed 类错误的自动重连机制。

如果你愿意提交 PR，一个可行的改进方向是在 sendmessage 遇到 ret=-2 时加入重试逻辑或触发 session 重建，类似于现有的 -14 session timeout 处理方式。
