Update tool to work with new rust layout

• Add a button configuration file that can be used when the automatic system fails
• Update automatic system to find new layout
• Update drawing system to use sliders correctly
• Add a new save to disk option in the settings

1. Create a button configuration class that contains getters for all the button coordinates on the screen. This class should be loadable from a json file and should be able to override the tool not finding the coordinates automatically
