Use logging instead of printing

For example, this should be logged, rather than printed

do you want everything switched to logging now? there are parameters like print_version that can be set to False so it won't print. Otherwise we can keep this parameter but output to the logger instead of printing

@ryanraaschCDC print_version is not an argument to get_dataframe, so there is no way to not print the version when loading data. Regardless, I think logging is more appropriate.
