GLTF Viewer File Dialog Occasionally Hangs (MacOS).

For context, I usually just run the GLTF Viewer program from Xcode. Sometimes when the file dialog is open for loading a model or environment, the program can hang. If I pause the debugger this is the traceback:

One way to trigger it seems to be opening the dialog and then clicking in a window of another program e.g. safari.
