Known issues on Plotting Lithologies

There are few possible bugs in the lithology plotting scripts, that will be fixed soon, here is some temporary solutions in case you need it quickly:

• If you have commas (",") in the name of your lithologies in your "_lithokey.csv" file, it will trigger a python error talking about C and fields. A quick fixe is to manually edit your csv to delete unwanted commas.
• If you have several "_lithokey.csv" file in the same folder AND subfolders, it will block the code. You have to specify the one to use with -lk name_of_file or move/delete the unwanted ones.
