[Suggestion] Killaura

Last time I accidentally posted a comment closing the discussion😕
I suggest adding a feature to Killura so that it only hits when falling (only crit), and maybe also adding an aim/aim helper

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

Last time I was told that this is in the criticals function, but criticals are responsible for inflicting critical hits in principle, and not when they are inflicted
