Feature request: optionally make tl-timenav transparent #904

Description

@Carpintonto

I tried to get it with internal css

.tl-timenav { background-color: transparent; background: rgba(242, 242, 242, 0.5); }

I did lose the gray, but still couldn't see through. (rgba had no effect.)

My collaborator / content creator expressed some concern about constraints on how much copy could fit on a slide.

I was thinking perhaps with some text faintly visible through the timeline it would suggest to the viewer that they can scroll down. I think having the time line at the bottom is better than at the top.

One more option possibility would be to be able to choose if media could float above the copy when the responsive display is squeezed, as on a phone.

Also, when the slide is rendered on a narrow screen the credit below the media disappears.
