Intel D455F cannot connect with Plus

The problem I encountered is that D455F cannot connect with PLUS. Can you help me answer this question? I would be very grateful! I have uploaded the code and I am using Slicer (Slice-4.11.20200930-win-amd64) and PlusApp (2.8.0.20250221-win64)
