numpy on lecture-python-programming.fr is current: its .translate/state/numpy.md.yml records source-sha: d35eb831, which equals the source repo's true last-touch commit for that lecture (d35eb831).

Recovered by the hand port in QuantEcon/lecture-python-programming.fr#38 (merged 2026-08-19). Note this issue and #613 are the same failure filed twice — #613 came from the \translate-resync retry and its body is byte-identical to this one, so the retry reproduced the parity failure rather than clearing it.

No resync or re-run is needed. Recorded while re-measuring the estate's open translation-sync-failure issues for action-translation#276 — of fifteen open, six were stale bookkeeping like this one, and the remaining nine reduce to four distinct (lecture, target) units still outstanding.
