encodage 7.1 or Atmos

Hello,
I recently started using VidCoder to replace HandBrake, which was unstable and constantly buggy.
However, in VidCoder, I don't have the option to encode in 7.1 or Atmos—those formats aren't offered; the best available option is 5.1.
Did I miss a setting, or is it simply not possible?

VidCoder uses HandBrake as its encoding core, and all the mixdown options you see are the ones supported by HandBrake. These can differ by container and audio codec. For example, Opus supports 7.1 mixdown, but not AAC or AC3.

Thanks for clarifying that.
I manage to encode in 7.1 and Atmos by selecting the FLAC format, but my Marantz receiver apparently rejects this encoding and only outputs stereo, even though the file is definitely 7.1... strange.
