Update README.md virtualenv commands

• activate virtualenv commands doesn't support in Windows.

Current Behavior

• The command to activate virtualenv in the present README.md doesn't support in Windows.
  $ source myenv/bin/activate

Expected Behavior

• The task is to include a separate commands that activates virtualenv in windows.

You could update it with

cd myenv/bin/
activate

The reason is cause that command was made for MAC , and its differnet in windows. Let me work on this real quick
