Expected behavior

cefclient.exe --multi-threaded-message-loop --no-sandbox --off-screen-rendering-enabled --enable-gpu

It operates crash at
cef_binary_151.3.18+gbeff58d+chromium-151.0.7922.138_windows64_client.tar.bz2

Actual behavior

It operates normally at
cef_binary_151.3.23+gd211df0+chromium-151.0.7922.170_windows64_client.tar.bz2
