Add Android SDK 37 emulator to the matrix

Add API level 37 to the Android emulator matrix in .github/workflows/integration-tests-ui-critical.yml.

The critical UI tests currently run on API levels 31, 33, 35, and 36. Adding API 37 will ensure coverage for the next Android release.

I filled in the body with the current matrix location so this doesn't require a treasure hunt.

What I checked:

• .github/workflows/integration-tests-ui-critical.yml runs emulators on API levels 31, 33, 35, and 36.
• API 37 is not present anywhere in the CI matrix.
