Allow error messages to be customized

Description

Currently, almost all text strings allow for customization. The only ones that do not are the error messages. We'll need to refactor sendFeedback a bit in order to support custom error messages.

Will check with the team, this may need some product decisions rather than just being a simple SDK change.
