Ensure `cache.*` spans set `cache.key` attribute and ops are in conventions

We emit a few cache spans, for example in Nuxt. We should check that we always set the cache.key attribute which will be used by to infer span descriptions.

I also noticed we miss some ops for the name inference rules. Let's add them as well:

I checked the cache span emitters across the repo:

• Nuxt/Nitro storage and Redis cache hooks set cache.key correctly.
• The dataloader integrations (both OTel and tracing-channel) set cache.get but do not set cache.key.
• inferSpanData in packages/opentelemetry/src/utils/parseSpanDescription.ts also skips cache.* ops entirely, so descriptions are not inferred from the key.

A maintainer can take it from there.
