What happened?

I'm unable to create a new session from a specific branch for a project from the WSL host. Clicking on the "Create from ..." button does nothing.

However, if the project is on Windows, clicking on the "Create from..." opens a dialog prompting to select a branch.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable "WSL host (Preview)" feature
2. Restart GitHub Copilot App
3. From Environments in Settings , add the "Ubuntu (default)" host
4. From the "WSL: Ubuntu" remote host, add a project on the WSL host
5. Exit Settings
6. Locate the recently added project in the list of projects
7. Hover over the project and click the "Create from..." branch icon
8. Observe that nothing happens

Expected behavior

Clicking on the "Create from.." branch icon for a WSL host project should open the branch selection dialog the same as doing so for a Windows host project works.
