Invalid date for since or until

No matter how I create the repo:commit if I use a correct formatted data for the Until or since it will through this error. Also, the commit date would be nice in the output but that is more of a feature request.

is the above bug fixed? I am getting the same error. if not, is there any alternate tag to add date to the export file
