Local Issuer Certificate error

I was running the MCP AI server fine but now when i try to run any commands or questions it gives me this error. Any help or recommendations?

Thanks for the screenshot. I cannot currently attribute this failure to GitHub MCP Server.

The OpenCode v1.1.53 status panel in the attachment lists three MCP servers: ghidra, remnux, and remnux-docs. The visible errors are:

• remnux-docs: SSE error: unable to get local issuer certificate
• ghidra: SSE error: Unable to connect. Is the computer able to access the url?
• remnux: connected

There is no github server entry or GitHub MCP URL in the screenshot. The current repository also contains no remnux/ghidra integration or custom-CA/insecure-TLS setting. Its OpenCode guide configures the GitHub server either as https://api.githubcopilot.com/mcp/ or as the official ghcr.io/github/github-mcp-server Docker image (docs/installation-guides/install-opencode.md:14-35 and :60-109).

Could you provide the exact github MCP configuration (remote URL or local command), the OpenCode log line for that github entry, and whether the failing endpoint is behind a self-signed/enterprise proxy? If the error is only for remnux-docs, it appears to belong to that server, OpenCode, or the proxy trust store rather than this repository. The safe fix is to install the issuing CA in the trust store used by the relevant process/container and correct the certificate chain/hostname; disabling TLS verification would hide a security failure.

Until a github entry reproduces the error, I would keep this issue unconfirmed for GitHub MCP Server.
