Key Features
Hi @mnriem, thank you again for reviewing and merging the preceding Autonomous Run Governance v0.4.1 update through #4153 and PR #4203.
This backward-compatible v0.2.3 update publishes the provider-neutral model-routing contract for intake-sequencing workflows while preserving the complete v0.2.2 schema-2.0 collection, typed dependency, lifecycle, repository-boundary, and authority contract.
- Updates the existing community-catalog entry from v0.2.2 without changing the preset ID, recommended priority 66, or authority boundaries.
- Adds
model-routing.json as the intake-sequencing-governance-model-routing template.
- Routes explicitly authorized Create, Update, and Delete operations to the logical
frontier-reasoning role.
- Routes read-only Read, Status, and Next operations to the logical
fast-mechanical role.
- Uses a fail-closed routing fallback while keeping concrete provider model names machine-local and outside portable feature artifacts.
- Preserves typed binding and advisory edges, explicit roots, exact target order, acyclicity, normalized SHA-256 evidence, immutable receipts, operation journals, archive evidence, and tombstones.
- Preserves language-aware schema-2.0 requirements collections, the explicit
Idle state, repository-scoped canonical-index validation, and the project-declared learner and accessibility contract.
- Preserves authority boundaries: Read, Status, and Next remain non-mutating; Create, Update, and Delete still require explicit file authority; eligibility grants no review, Specify, implementation, autonomous campaign, commit, push, pull request, merge, provider, or administration action.
- Provides 12 templates, 6 commands, and 8 portable Bash, PowerShell, and shared Python validator scripts.
- Introduces no required extensions and leaves sequencing behavior unchanged.
- The exact v0.2.3 tag points to commit
3ce947f9d433c83da408c4fb157b6850541f61bb.
- The GitHub tag ZIP passed manifest, README, LICENSE, file-presence, archive, installation, resolution, and exact-matrix validation with observed SHA-256
f7c7aac2afd722ac7764f5c9b42bbf7fc55bc94b7d1007c46fb4991d111587fa.
- The tagged preset is byte-identical to the v0.2.3 copy used by the Home Baseline real-project twelve-preset matrix.
Maintainer feedback on the provider-neutral role split, fail-closed fallback, metadata, and composition boundary with Model Routing Governance would be appreciated. The preset remains opt-in, authority-neutral, and backward compatible.
