Is this unmaintained?

It seems that libgfapi-jni in combination with glusterfs-java-filesystem is more feature rich. There are maintainers with plans for those two projects, and I have not seen or heard anything about this repository in the Gluster community. If this project is still maintained, please send a note to the maintainers list.

Otherwise we'll probably add a note to the README.md suggesting to use the other repositories.

my focus has changed such that i'm not actively using this anymore. if there's another project with more activity and interest I'm OK with closing this in favor of the other.
