First full review off the live GA4/GSC MCP servers. The headline finding is a
measurement failure, not a ranking one.

GA4 property 328508492 reported 1,628 google/organic sessions for
2026-07-14..08-10; GSC reported ~130 clicks for the same window. The 12x gap is
bots, not lag - google/organic engages at 11.8% @34S and direct at 31% @21S,
against duckduckgo 68.8% @370s and bing 66.7% @425s. 94% of sessions are
first_visit; 170 scroll events per 6,392 pageviews. Real search traffic is
~255 sessions/28d, so the "~5k organic sessions" baseline steering the content
plan was fiction. Corrected in GOAL-AT-A-GLANCE.md.

Also established:
- Avg position decayed 14.7 (Feb) -> 13.0 (Apr) -> 18.5 (Aug), monotonic. That,
not CTR, is the live signal - sc-domain: CTR is unusable because one
elital.jetthoughts.com post is 14% of impressions and 1.4% of clicks.
- The 20.08 title-rewrite thesis is falsified. Rewrites shipped and Google cut
impressions instead of granting clicks (rails-testing-best-practices -78%
impressions for +3 clicks; langgraph-workflows left the top 15). No wave 2.
- /services/* = 1,879 impressions, 1 click in 90 days. The vibe-code-rescue
internal-linking item is done (7 posts) and changed nothing: 3 impressions,
0 clicks - the linking posts have no traffic to pass.
- GA4 keyEvents = 0. Four click events in 28 days. "Did traffic convert" is
  unanswerable today.

Recommended next actions are measurement-first and then stop: instrument one
conversion event (30 min), enable bot filtering and re-baseline (1-2h), review
on the URL-prefix property (30 min), look at the homepage 9.1 -> 20.9 position
drop (1h). Explicitly not recommended: new content for SEO reasons, technical
SEO work (sitemap is clean, key pages PASS), or chasing the position decay
before the numbers are trustworthy.

OKF maintain pass ran with the change: analytics-access.md gains a "Reading the
numbers" section (the GSC reconciliation gate, the sc-domain pollution trap, the
missing conversion tracking) and content-plan.md resolves two open 20.08/20.09
claims against live data. Bundle validates conformant, 0 errors.

Warning

Review limit reached

@pftg, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 106 minutes

You've used all free OSS reviews for now. Wait for the free limit to reset to keep reviewing this public repository.

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.
