dbsig ignores x argument when is called from obverse

So, dbsig ignores x argument when is called from obverse, as the last assertion failure demonstrates.

I guess no: f, g and h verbs in my demo are monads. When dbsig is called from monadic obverse, it ignores x argument supplied to dbsig. And it uses it when called from direct monadic invocation.

I've just found a simpler demo:

Thanks for reposting this.  It had fallen off my screen. There were two bugs, one of which I have fixed. 1. u^:gerund y incorrectly executed u with a chimeric argument, a monad with invalid self.  I fixed this.  It had no visible effect. 2. If u^:_1 executes (x 13!:8 y), it loses the x.  This is because, in at attempt to make the formatting meaningful to the user, execution delays signaling the error until the caller (who sees the verb as u^:_1 rather than its actual value) runs.  By this time the x string is lost.  I don't see a good fix for this. The error is not in dbsig but in the fact that the error is resignaled.  No workaround.  Summary: 13!:8 inside u^:_1 loses its x argument.  I think it is possible, with some effort, to recover the emsg from 13!:8 for when the error is resignaled.  Low priority. hhr
