Export financial information as CSV

CSV export of the financial data from mhvdb - like the one I did for members. Just basically make a simple spread sheet with every transaction, who it was from/to and what it was for. This can be used for import to new financial system.

I think MHV accounts might be simple enough now to just go back to just using a google spreadsheet now that we don't need any fancy calculations of membership expiry dates.
