is there a way to make on the firmware and the app Hardware Profile for PIN D0 . In that case, you could possibly measure the current using 100-kΩ resistors connected to the TP4056's OUT+ and OUT- pins, since the ESP32S3 unfortunately doesn't have any built-in current sensing capabilities.
