Add `--suppress-disclaimer` Option to `winget configure`

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hello! I am using winget configure and have a series of several files I'm applying atomically. One thing I've noticed, is that winget configure prints this rather large block of text on every execution and there does not appear to be a way to suppress it, even using all the flags to suppress extra output (winget configure -f .\fonts.configuration.winget --accept-configuration-agreements --disable-interactivity --suppress-initial-details):

You are responsible for understanding the configuration settings you are choosing to execute. Microsoft is not responsible for the configuration file you have authored or imported. This configuration may change settings in Windows, install software, change software settings (including security settings), and accept user agreements to third-party packages and services on your behalf.  By running this configuration file, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these resources and settings. Any applications installed are licensed to you by their owners. Microsoft is not responsible for, nor does it grant any licenses to, third-party packages or services.

Would it be possible to get a CLI flag like --suppress-disclaimer added?

That worked! Had no idea that flag existed. Might want to surface it in the help for winget configure? Either way, my issue is solved, and thanks!
