Request PID 1209:4759 for the GyreFFB Wheel

An open-source DIY direct drive force feedback wheel: STM32F405 FOC firmware
for ODESC/ODrive-class controllers + desktop app, GPL-3.0-or-later.
0x4759 is ASCII "GY", for Gyre. Currently shipping on the test PID 1209:0001;
this allocation lets it move to a proper one.
