Labs - A page where you see PR and can toggle them directly within t3code

It’d be cool to add a Labs page to T3 Code, accessible from a new icon in the bottom-left sidebar.

Labs would list open T3 Code PRs and let users "try" them and their feature directly from t3 ui. Would be nice to be able to combine them. Enabled PRs could persist across nightly updates, if an update breaks one, T3 Code would still start normally, marking that experiment as incompatible, and offer to open a thread to fix the problem maybe

The page could also let users:

• Upvote or downvote PRs so maintainers can see which features people want most
• Report PRs that are duplicates, broken, misleading, unsafe, or no longer maintained
• See whether a PR is active, incompatible, merged, or conflicting with another PR

I think this idea could be really nice to see what idea people like and want, and give more visibility to the pr than the github page.
