[Bug]: Bash toolcall does not show the command being ran, just the output twice.

Steps to reproduce

Desktop+Opencode+WSL (setup by Desktop App)
(that is my current setup, I do not think this bug is exclusive to this)

Make it run any bash command.

Expected behavior

The command being run should be the title (or at least visible).
The command output is shown in the expanded field once.

Actual behavior

The title is the command output.
The expanded field contains the command output twice.
The command being run is not shown.
