How are debian kernel packages published to debusine/qli-staging?

I tried to read the workflows but it's not obvious to me how the built kernel gets published to debusine/qli-staging?
Is it a manual step? I guess it'd be good to document that (sorry if it's already there and I am being blind)

I see the creator of https://debusine.qualcomm.com/qualcomm/qli-staging/artifact/159735/#metadata is DebusineGitHubCI@qualcomm.com so I guess it's automatic :-)
