Import error, can't find file: /index.js

Not sure where to start with this...

• I loaded the example at https://chakra-ui.com/docs/components/combobox#field
  (saw npm install with legacy-peer-deps, then the app rendered properly)
• then edited it a little, it rendered fine,
• then I logged in and saved / forked, renamed, and now:

Import error, can't find file:
/index.js

Have tried hard refreshing.. can't find
