Scope: SNT_metadata.json file
Adds: description of format, schema, documentation, and examples.
Useful for humans and AI agents.
Use case: tell agent to format metadata file of NER to new structure starting from old file + config.json (+ relevant parts of the codebase).
@Bewi not asking for a proper full review (don't wanna waste your time on this), this is more like an "FYI" and if you spot anything relevant that we should clarify or modify :)
