Two files carried em dashes, 22 in total. Replaced with hyphens to match the rest of the repository. RELEASE_NOTES_v3.2.0.md was the only per-version notes file in the repository and duplicated what CHANGELOG.md already covers. Its unique detail was not in the changelog, so the Copilot AppId fix, the SoftwareInstaller interpolation fix, and the removal of 460 duplicated function declarations are folded into the 3.2.0 entry before dropping the file.

Root now holds only the canonical set: README, CHANGELOG, HISTORY, SECURITY, CONTRIBUTING, CREDITS, UPSTREAM.
