Drop marketing filler from the docs - #23

Removed robust and comprehensive from the README, wiki, upstream matrix, OS discovery report, and one code comment. All predated the 3.4.0 work. Left the word elevate in Test-SafetyGuards.ps1. It names the act of elevating privileges there, and renaming the test would make it wrong. Rebuilds the standalone, which embeds the edited helper.

elevateinTest-SafetyGuards.ps1:52. It names the act of elevating privileges there rather than being marketing language, and renaming the test would make it inaccurate.Standalone rebuilt because the edited helper is embedded in it. Static validation passes (110 files), standalone parses.
