Pack Android 35, iOS 18, and Mac Catalyst 18 assets through the existing Toolkit multi-target infrastructure. Select the correct XAML namespace for both Uno package flavors and document normal mobile package consumption. Fixes generated dependency properties on Uno 6, where
DependencyObjectis an interface, while keeping Uno 7's class-based layout working.Adds
net9.0-android35.0,net9.0-ios18.0, andnet9.0-maccatalyst18.0package assets so mobile apps can reference the package normally. Mobile targets use Uno dependencies, and the UWP flavor selects the right XAML namespace automatically. Includes regression tests and updated setup docs.
