Summary

  • Convert Group D services to TypeScript: Claim, Event, Insurance, Tracker, and Webhook.
  • Keep behavior parity while migrating service modules to .ts.

Validation

  • npm run typescript
  • npm run build
  • Targeted Group D service tests
