- Corrected the guide:
-tag allexcludes explicitly untagged tests, whereas unrestricted selection includes them. Also clarified which listing commands ignore filters. - Removed the CMake selection verifier after its only caller was removed.
- Removed the unused private raw-mask constructor.

Add explicit test tags and tag-based runner selection.
normalis the default; other memberships are declared at registration. Representative and regression coverage stays in the normal suite, while exhaustive cross-product cases move to the sweep suite. CMake and Autoconf expose matching targets.Stacked on #237. Review and merge that PR first, then retarget this one to
main.Tag-selection contracts are documented on the public runner, with build commands in the existing CMake guide. The configured checks and installed test-library consumer pass locally.
