This patch restores the observer font hotkeys that stopped responding after recent input and message-routing changes. The existing controls for adjusting observer stats and notification text now work again, and the overlay toggle path has been reconnected so the observer UI can be shown or hidden through the normal flow. Updated font values are applied immediately and persisted to runtime settings so they take effect without requiring a restart.
