Add docs/tutorials/notebooks/pybioclip.ipynb covering Tree of Life classification, custom-label classification, and image embeddings with pybioclip, and wire the Open In Colab badge into the pybioclip section of docs/index.md. Also strip non-ASCII typography (em/en dashes, arrows) from index.md and README.md for plain-ASCII source. This is a human-in-the-loop, AI-generated tutorial draft intended for further human review and refinement. The notebook's "Your turn" hands-on prompts are still TBD. Should be stable now: Note the pybioclip notebook is in this PR, so its link will resolve from the site when merged into main.
