Status: this PR is part of a coordinated documentation update for the Threat Hunting Assistant GA rename, alongside MicrosoftDocs/defender-docs-pr#8944, MicrosoftDocs/learn#58 and MicrosoftDocs/security-copilot-pr#1088.

The new agent selector UI is now deployed in production, which was the only reason these were being held. The [DO NOT MERGE UNTIL CONFIRMED] prefix has been removed.

Disregarding my earlier #hold-off on this PR - that was posted while we were waiting on a dependent UI change, and it has since shipped. There is no hold on this any more.

Checks: CLA passed, PR is mergeable, no build errors.

Context for the reviewer: one-line change, part of the GA rename from Threat Hunting Agent to Threat Hunting Assistant. The product went GA on 5 August and the dependent UI is now deployed in production, so this is ready to publish.

The sibling PRs in this change have already gone through: MicrosoftDocs/security-copilot-pr#1088 is merged, and MicrosoftDocs/defender-docs-pr#8945 and MicrosoftDocs/learn#58 are signed off and in the queue.
