test: improve coverage for org.moreunit.core.resources.InMemory* classes#290

Added comprehensive unit tests using JUnit 4 for the `InMemoryFile`, `InMemoryFolder`, `InMemoryPath`, `InMemoryProject`, `InMemoryResource`, and `InMemoryWorkspace` classes inside the `org.moreunit.core.test` bundle to improve the overall test coverage and robustness of the virtual resource handling. Tests use Mockito for mocking complex interactions like Eclipse `IPath` interfaces. Coverage Delta: Significantly improved coverage of previously untested utility branches for in-memory resources. Tested Classes: InMemoryFile, InMemoryFolder, InMemoryPath, InMemoryProject, InMemoryResource, InMemoryWorkspace. Limitations: Remaining entirely on JUnit 4 as specifically requested, using standard try/catch structures rather than JUnit 5's `assertThrows`.
