Summary

• Deploys OETH and wOETH withdrawal adapters for the WETH ARM.
• Registers OETH and wOETH as WETH ARM base assets with swaps initially disabled.
• Adds OETH and wOETH pricing defaults to the setPricesWETH task.
• Updates the WETH ARM and related contract diagrams, including the Morpho Market integration.

The deployment actions are idempotent so pending owner actions can be replayed safely during fork simulations.
