Adds bpdm/ng to UI Libraries built on Tailwind CSS (alphabetical placement).

bpdm/ng is an accessible, themeable Angular component library built on the Angular CDK + Tailwind CSS, driven by a shared design-token set so the same components ship natively for React and Angular. MIT, open source.
