The details

Proposed Changes

This PR updates Blockly's NPM config and README (which is separate from the Github README). Specifically, it:

  • Updates the homepage linked to from NPM
  • Notes that RPF maintains Blockly rather than Google
  • Adds a link to a demo of Blockly to the NPM README
  • Adds information about accessibility, plugins, and the create-package script
  • Generally clarifies and updates links throughout
