Feat: add mlflow.experiment_id and sap.solution_area in resource attributes #78

Describe the Problem

SAP Solution Area code (mapped to domain) is needed in the trace resource attributes to fan out export the traces to its respective Databricks data area Mlflow experiment is created for every app fnd agent and the experiment_id is needed to fan out export the agent traces to its respective experiment at the octoroute layer.

Propose a Solution

Instrument mlflow.experiment_id and sap.solution_area in resource attributes so that it can be read and traces can be dynamically routed to its respective solution area and experiment on data bricks
