@balupillai @deepakpn These configuration options aren't currently well known by the customers; in the case of Synacor (see TASK-226471), they could be used as a temporary workaround while the customer don't migrate to Lua and use Supercharger.

Adds dedicated Momentum 4 configuration reference pages for
Idle_Time,Listener_Sessions, andService_Sessions, documenting inbound concurrency limits, per-scope/PeerCIDR behavior, the421 4.4.5rejection when caps are hit, and how idle reaping frees session slots.The Configuration Options Summary now links those three options to the new refs (replacing unlinked bold entries).
