I splitted the changelog into a public and internal version, the one that gets published to our docs here is only the public part, I will still post the full one on slack when releasing @dcoffey3296 |

Split it into those two entries in d7aa60b, and applied the same wording to the engine changelog source of truth so future syncs keep it.
