Describe the bug

Tab container displays wrong selected tab when there is a long message strip in the header

Reproduction steps

1. When there is a long message strip and the current tab is "Goals", click on other tabs such as "Personal"
2. "Goals" remain as the selected tab

Expected Behaviour

The clicked tab should be the selected tab
