Superseded by #3492, which bumps mypy-strict-kwargs to 2026.8.25.1.

2026.8.20.1 (this PR) fails the lint job with real mypy errors — Returning Any from function declared to return "str" in src/mock_vws/target.py and Too many positional arguments for "fixture" in tests/conftest.py. 2026.8.25.1 passes lint, so upstream has already fixed it.
