The committed pnpm-lock.yaml still resolves js-yaml to 4.1.1 and lodash-es to 4.17.23, with the prior specifiers. GitHub workflows use .github/actions/setup-pnpm/action.yml, whose install step runs pnpm install; in GitHub Actions, pnpm's CI default freezes the lockfile, so the manifest/lockfile mismatch causes dependency installation to fail before checks or deployments run. Update the lockfile with these manifest changes.
